What Affects the Price?
Property Size
Larger properties take longer to assess. The number of bedrooms is the primary size indicator used in our pricing — a studio takes around 20 minutes; a 5-bedroom detached may take 50–60 minutes.
Location
Prices vary slightly by postcode area to reflect travel time and distance from Shrewsbury. Central Shrewsbury (SY1–SY3) has the lowest prices; more rural postcodes such as SY8 and SY9 are slightly higher.
Property Type
